Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Really enjoyed my first visit to Crazy Fire Mongolian Grill. The food was fresh, flavorful, and everything came out great. A special thank you to our server, Win. She was very kind, patient, and took the time to explain how everything worked since it was our first time. She made us feel comfortable and never rushed us. You can tell she genuinely cares about doing her job well, and employees like her leave a great impression. Will be back soon!!

Not enough selections. Quality of the Meat is poor. It had a lot of gristle. Sauces are not what we are used to. Gobi was much better. Bowls are ridiculously small and way overpriced. Service is lazy especially the Asian Girl. I had to look for them so I could pay. She was sitting down playing on her phone. They donβt even fill up the condiments. Bathrooms are dirty and Soap containers empty. We do not recommend this place to anyone.

I really love Mongolian food. I missed the Eggs that used to be an option, but that might be due to a health code? The food was excellent, the restaurant was hot and dark, though. And despite never being followed up with by a waitress, we were charged a 15% charge for being a table of five. They just dropped the napkins, cutlery, and waters, and we never saw them again. But again the food was very very good.

Reviews often times reflect individual preferences, not facts. I decided to proceed with finally giving Crazy Fire Mongolian a try despite the poor reviews. The staff at the front desk was warm and welcoming. As for aesthetics, there is room for improvements. Needs brighter lighting. Crazy Fire Mongolian is a create your own fusion stir fry. Thoughts of cross contamination and meats sitting out was concerning. Upon arrival I looked over the bar. Everything appeared properly chilled directly on an iced Buffett station. The Raw meats were separate from the vegetables. Each item had its own utensils in its container. I went with the two bowls for 16.99. I used one bowl for meats. After cooked the grilling station individual added fried rice that I requested. My other bowl was for veggies with Lo Mein noodles. A veggie lo mein was my thought process. There was a decent variety of vegetables. I topped both bowls with light garlic oil and Mongolian sauce before taking it over to be cooked. Everything had a smoky grill flavor and it was mildly spiced since I didn't use much. I enjoyed it! I had plenty of leftovers that I brought home. The buffet bar: The shrimp did not appear

I love the concept of choosing your own ingredients and then watching them cook it for you. They have a great selection of meats/proteins, veggies, oils/sauces, and spices to add to your food. All ingredients were fresh. The staff is friendly. They seated us immediately and explained how/where to select our options and where to have it cooked. Very easy once you know how! My one complaint is they don't offer to-go boxes if you're a dine-in customer. This seems wasteful. I assume they do this to stop people from really piling on the meats/proteins and taking it to go. However, their prices are a bit high and would seem to cover this situation. Overall, a great dining experience.
